skulk shriekers go off once and spawn warden, not 3 strikes.

      no 3 strike system on skulk shriekers inside an ancient city, it just goes off automatically.

      1) we found a cave
      2) we flew down into the city and landed, touching down at the portal structure
      3) we dropped down into the city and started sneaking, until my friend stood on a shrieker (rookie mistake).
      4) warden spawned, and we both ran, causing us to set of more shriekers which all imeadiently spawned wardens. we got overwhelmed and died.
      me and my friend where in an ancient city, and the first skulk shrieker we set of spawned a warden automatically

      observed results:
      skulk shrieker activated, and a warden spawned immediately

      expected results: skulk shrieker goes off 3 times, then a warden spawns.

      due to this we where quickly over run and killed.
