The Hotbar in Creative Mode, along with all item textures in the hotbar, appear to be more blurry compared to the Hotbar in Survival Mode. The defect immediately disappears when changing between gamemodes through commands.

None of the settings or texture packs were switched in between taking the two screenshots.
