I saw in the wiki that the vanilla cape was released to bedrock edition, but when I went into the character creator and went to the capes tab, it didn't show up in there. I saw a video that showed how to find it, but when I did that by pressing the by Minecraft  button, and scrolling until I found it under the title one vanilla, it was purchasable but it's price was -1 minecoins, similar to another issue. I tried to get it, but it sent me back the the character menu instead of buying it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the Bedrock edition of minecraft.
2. Go to dressing room, and then go to the capes tab and select any cape. 
3. Click the by minecraft button under that cape.
4. Scroll until you find the One Vanilla cape
5. Try buying it.

Observed results:

It's price was -1, and when clicked, sends you back to the dressing room menu.

Expected: 

The one vanilla cape should appear under all capes and should be purchasable for a reasonable amount of minecoins.
