This has been going on for me for around 3 weeks. Minecraft is just stuck on this screen, (seen below). I have no idea what is happening. It started when my internet went out a while ago. It's back online now but now I can't join any of the featured servers. All servers don't work. It is stuck on this screen forever.

I let it sit for an hour and no progress has been made on the bar.

It not only affects my game on Windows but also my game on Switch using the same account. Please help, I don't know what to do anymore. 

Please note in the screenshot I am using a texture pack but turning it off does nothing.
