I was playing console edition yesterday in splitscreen mode and it is sorely unoptimised. It is the same as it was years ago, when I last played in splitscreen in Bedrock.

The frames seem to be split between each player, making four-player splitscreen a whopping 15FPS! As well, whenever someone is in a menu the crosshair flashes on and off.

This is inexcusable for a first-party title.
