Whenever I want to create a world, using behaviour and resource packs that I have used on many of my worlds in the past and are still on some of my existing worlds - both the behaviour and resource packs no longer show up - with minecraft saying that I "dont have any behaviour or resource packs"

This seems to be for both the most recent full release and for the betas
