Trying to rebuild what I have lost due to the Xbox sync error.

Snow biome is not snowing… spent 4 days in a snow storm trying to collect powdered snow in cauldrons. Not one single layer accumulated let alone a bucket.
cleared an area around down to grass/ dirt no snow lands but grass grows.

This is the same area I have always used for powdered snow and polar bear conservation.

All other snow biome mobs appear and are working as intended even the green frogs appear.
