This issue has one or two other people bringing it up about choppy gameplay when moving the player or looking around, none of these issues have been confirmed to be fixed in an upcoming update. This bug prevents multiplyer activity since it puts the person with the bug at a disadvantage whether that be pvp or against mobs. Situations like that make the game unplayable and for myself not wanting to play unless I want to keep dying due the the lag spikes
