I was watching this video:
https://youtube.com/JzD2ltFppqc
It was an ipad pro 2022 minecraft test. At 1:08 in the video, the youtuber tells us the issue which is that the thing that sets your fps to what ever you want or caps it to whatever you want does not work on the device. Using his fps detector tool, he sees that whatever fps you set the game to, the fps remain at 54 fps. He tried using the same version on his iphone and the same thing occurred.
I know this issue exists on any other platform because I have seen Android phone reviews with minecrafts tests. An example of one is this video:
https://youtube.com/fSWl6WHSTv0
Skip to 4:19 for the minecraft gameplay. At 4:24 he sets his render distance and sets his fps to unlimited and at 4:34 he shows his fps in which he is getting a constantly changing fps which shows the fps setter works on other devices. It is the iOS devices that have a problem.
This has to be fixed.
