Shulker Box with items does not drop when broken in Creative Mode. It used to work, now it doesn't.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a Shulker Box
2. Put any items inside the Shulker Box
3. Make sure your gamemode is set to Creative Mode, and then break the Shulker Box

Expected result:
The Shulker Box drops as an item with all stored items inside.

What actually happens:
The Shulker Box disappears.
