My Minecraft skin is not saved (custom skin uses an ad file) to the Minecraft application, it happens on Windows 10 and Android , every time I log in, my skin always returns to default (the cape doesn't reset) please help

Heres my skin(i think its useless bc not my skin fault)(bad EN 💀)
