/setmaxplayers command won't exist after I downloaded a world from realms with cheats on

      Every time I enter /setmaxplayers command, such as /setmaxplayers 30, will give me an error to the chat in a downloaded world from realms, even with cheats are on. Is there anything that can be fixed with the /setmaxplayers command problem?
