Purchased 4 worlds off Minecraft Marketplace. All downloaded and worked except one, PrestonPlayz Planet. After purchasing/downloading it it asked me to updated it. Once I selected download it won't download or even load. I was told by a Minecraft Support to list and post our bug here for help. I have attached pictures. 

Troubleshooted everything we could think of. Clearing cache, rebooting didn't work.
