I have been facing this issue already! Camels do not appear if you spawned it through commands or spawned egg. I have been highly requesting you to solve this issue or otherwise I have to contact you every day to solve my issue. Also, this issue in on stable version too. This is really upsetting you didn't solve this issue. I have given you some images, one is stable version and others unstable version.
