Spyglass animation bug when activating it

      When activating the Spyglass, the animation layout glitches, causing it to blink on the screen and the spyglass's lens disappears from the screen.

       

      This bug was tested in the 3 controls modes, D-ped & Tap to interact, Joystick & Tap to interact, and Joystick & Aim. These 3 modes of controls the same bug occurs.

       

      VERSIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED:
