"Sniper Duel" and "Archer" achievements are not awarded when using arrows with effects and spectral arrows

      When attempting to earn the "Sniper Duel" and "Archer" achievements, they are not awarded when using arrows with effects and spectral arrows. The achievements are only awarded when using normal arrows.
