Once a player respawns the ender dragon, the respawning end crystals explode. If the player dies to these crystals, the entirety of the player's inventory gets wiped.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go in creative mode if you have not already.
2. Switch your difficulty to hard.
3. Take off all your armor if you are wearing any armor.
4. Remove any shields from your inventory if you have any shields in your inventory.
5. Construct an end portal and successfully activate it.
6. Go to the End using the portal you just built.
7. Disable the mob spawning game rule.
8. Run this command: /kill @e
9. Hold a totem in your offhand.
10. Give yourself 64 netherite ingots.
11. Go into survival mode.
12. Make sure you are at full health.
13. Run this command: /damage @p 19 self_destruct
14. Right away, start to respawn the ender dragon using 4 ender crystals.
15. Before the dragon respawns, stand in a certain part of the exit portal. The brick blocks show you where you can stand in the portal. You do not need to replace any bedrock blocks.
