When placing a command block and setting it to be Repeat, Unconditional, Always Active, the command block doesn't run. The only way to activate the command is to switch to needs redstone and then apply a redstone current.

The previous output box remains a hyphen with no updates or errors. This is even after exiting the game and returning, as well as restarting the PC. I've tried toggling between needs redstone and always active, but it won't run unless it has a redstone current.
