Sometimes, for about a minute after entering a world, sounds don't play right away. I am using a Surface Book 2 running Windows 10.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter any world
2. Do anything that would make a sound

Observed Results:

Sometimes, for a short period of time, the sounds play several seconds after you'd expect to hear them.

Expected Results:

The sounds should play right away.
