friends who are playing from an xbox does not look like one in windows 10, if you are in a world in xbox and someone wants to join your world it does not look like in the friends list neither from xbox or windows 10 the only way to join someone from xbox is to invite them or get invited but if you do not have xbox live gold you cannot invite from xbox
