It is not possible to mark places on the map using the banner in the Bedrock version.

      In Minecraft Java, when clicking on the banner (customized or not) it is possible to mark it on the map, but in the Bedrock version it does not appear.

       

      Note: The photos are from the Java version and the video is from the Bedrock version.
