In pocket edition, I cannot scroll through my worlds, through settings, through the marketplace, through servers, or through realms. When I'm in a world I can scroll through my inventory just fine. I also have to double tap every button to get it to work. I don't know if this an issue unique to a specific device (I am using an iPhone XR), but it's been a persistent issue for some time now.
