Hello Mojang. About a week or so ago, I was just going through my Nether Portal like I usually would to go and kill some blazes in the fortress my portal is in. Upon entry into the nether, I was falling straight down into the Lava the fortress is over and died losing my gear. I tried to see if you can replicate this, and you can by pushing yourself right into a corner in a portal that is right up against a wall in the overworld, and being right next to  a wall in the nether. This is a very serious issue for going to the nether and I hope it gets fixed.
