Pocket edition acts like it has a mouse. This has no toggle off for some reason.

Steps to reproduce

1. join a world on PE
2. move finger and watch box under it light up green
3. check setting for an option to turn this off

there is no way to turn this off currently and in the block choose menu it messes with scrolling up and down. It also complicates tapping off a selected item. (Such as throwing it on the ground and swapping/replacing items on accident) This seems to be part of many changes that effect Pocket Edition that are aimed at Bedrock Edition as a whole without considering PE players. Things like this need toggles so they don’t mess with the playability of PE.
