Max Framerate (Experimental) does not allow the fps to go above 60

      The framerate will not go above 60 frames per second. If you put the Max Framerate (Experimental) above 60, it doesn't make the fps higher. It should, because I am on the Xbox Series X. Something is limiting the framerate.
