After two days of being told it was "Unable to load character 3, reload on profile" and the same error coming up every time I attempted to reload, today upon signing in, it has deleted my custom skin. I was able to rebuild my skin by going onto my Windows 10 version.

The picture with Noor in slot three is what my PlayStation Had as options for my skin today.

The other picture is on Windows 10 after I rebuilt my skin in the same slot, as it had been before.

EDIT TO ADD: After reloading Minecraft on the PS4, I am again in one of the default skins, and it is unable to load the custom skin. I designed the skin originally on the PC because it is easier, but I have been using it on the PS4 for several months with no issue. I am adding another picture of the PS4 with the unloaded skin slots.
