I discovered that the Elder Guardian spawn egg is not in the creative inventory. You can, however still get it with /give @p spawn_egg 1 50, but there are people who do not know how to use commands. If you take a look at the spawn eggs, you can very clearly see that the elder guardian egg is missing.
