Step To Reproduce:
1.Spawn affected mobs in the water.

Affected Mobs:
-Sniffer
-Ravager
-Wolf
-Chicken
-Parrot
-Camel
-Llama
-Horse
-and all mobs that in the game expect for underwater mobs.
