I have been having a huge issue with the game crashing on me since the last hotfix. I can't predict when i will crash, sometimes it will happen when loading or saving, sometimes while autosaving, sometimes while I'm afk farming ect.

Not sure how much it actually helps, but I have been filing the Sony error reports each time it crashes.
