Summary:
1.20.10.20 Preview added the "Extra Large GUI Scaling" toggle, which should enable an extra large version of the GUI according to the changelog and in-game description. However, it currently does not do this.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Settings > Video
2. Set the GUI scale to 0
3. Enable the "Extra Large GUI Scaling" toggle
4. Disable the "Extra Large GUI Scaling" toggle
5. Set the GUI scale to -1
6. Enable the "Extra Large GUI Scaling" toggle

Observed Results:
When the GUI scale is set to 0, the toggle does nothing. When the GUI scale is set to -1, the toggle just sets the GUI scale back to 0.

Expected Results:
The toggle should enable an extra large version of the GUI.
