Windows version(including Preview version) taskbar icons do not use the new icons or the wrong icons are used

      Windows version(including Preview version) taskbar icons do not use the new icons or the wrong icons are used.
      This is not consistent with the Java version.

      The general version should use the Java Latest Release icon.
      The Preview version should use the Java Latest Snapshot icon.
