      Summary:
Sculk sensors react when the player removes armor. According to Java, vibrations should not be created at all when removing armor (or pumpkins).

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place the sculk sensor.
      2. Put on the armor.
      3. Wait for the sculk sensor to reboot.
      4. Take off the armor.

      Observed results:
      Removing the armor creates vibrations.

      Expected results:
Removing the armor does not create vibration.
