When using bonemeal on a dandelion, sometimes a few poppies also spawns

Steps to reproduce this bug

:

1. Create a new world (flat worlds also works)
2. find a place with grass blocks
3. dig two blocks and place a grass block inside the hole
4. place a dandelion on the grass block in the hole
5. using bonemeal on the dandelion

Observed Results: Some poppies also spawns

Expected Results: Only dandelions should be spawned

The bugs should be noticed in a few attempts.
