System I play on is xbox one using a controller. I mostly play single player or splitscreen. Before the stutter i had the render distance at 16 chunks and simulation distance 4 chunks. First stutter started to happen I changed my render distance to 12 to help if it was a game lag and simulation distance is 4 chunks.   Since 1.19.0 update (The Wild) too 1.20.1 I have been experiencing repeatedly stutters. Every in game action i do causes me to stutter whether in New or old worlds. Load in a world to a spawn point a stutter happens then look around and start moving i will have another stutter.while in combat, mining, planting, or crafting stutter will happen everytime. In any world im in no matter what my coordinates are the stutter happens even in the nether.
