When summoning the Ender Dragon in world, if the player moves away from the dragon without looking at it or when the Ender Dragon is outside the player's field of view or off-screen, the animation of the Ender Dragon freezes. This occurs when the player is more than 64 blocks away from the Ender Dragon. However, when the player approaches the Ender Dragon and is within the field of view, the Ender Dragon animation resumes.

      Steps

      1. Summon the Ender Dragon in world.
      2. Move away from the Ender Dragon without looking at it, ensuring it is outside the player's field of view.
      3. Observe the frozen animation of the Ender Dragon.
      4. Approach the Ender Dragon and make sure it is within the field of view.
      5. Observe the resumption of the Ender Dragon animation.

      Expected Results:
The Ender Dragon animation should continue playing at all times, regardless of the player's location in the world.

      Observed Results:
When the player moves away from the Ender Dragon without looking at it and it is outside the field of view, the Ender Dragon animation freezes.

When the player approaches the Ender Dragon and it is within the field of view, the Ender Dragon animation resumes.
