Note: This happens in 0.15.9.

When I open my MC:PE app, it becomes Chinese, and all of the settings, my custom skin, anything that I changed.
They just reset to default, and langague becomes Chinese.

How to trigger:
-Open MC:PE.
Edit anything. (Settings or skin.)
-Wait. (I don't know exact time, it becomes cleared every morning.)
-Open MC:PE.
