If the iron golem in villages dies in any way it won't ever respawn

Steps to reproduce:

1:find a village

2: kill the iron golem in the village

Expected result: the iron golem will respawn after 30 seconds. 

Observed result: the iron golem doest respawn.

This bug is bugging me pretty badly (pun unintentional) because it makes it impossible for iron farms to work
