I play with a person that uses an android phone regularly. For some time now the android boat is significantly faster than mine, iOS. I cannot keep up. The android boat has to wait on a regular basis. I thought at first this was because we used different control styles. I use the original Dpad. The android uses the joystick type. My game on IOS, brand new iPhone 14 pro, is constantly crashing if I’m logged into my account. I can barely play. My friend gave me their old android phone to play on. My 1st child’s iPad’s Minecraft game also crashes like mine. My second child’s ipad minecraft game doesn’t have any problems with the game crashing. Anyway. When I play on my friend’s old android phone with my account, the boat is not slow. They both run at the same speed. It feels “zippy” compared to what I’m used to. No game crashing.
