I had ridden my horse around 2000 blocks in my survival world. I accidentally removed the saddle while I was on the horse, and was instantly teleported from -7054, 67, -8954 to -5921, 64, -9020 without my horse. This wasn't a coordinate I had been at before, as it was inside of a stone block. I also threw my sword when I teleported, though I do not know if that affected anything. I am unable to provide an attachment at this time, as I was having difficulties getting the screen capture from my xbox to my phone.

Update: I have just reached the Horse again an, within about 10 blocks, it teleported me to where I would have been had I just dismounted the horse, which was still there. My sword, however, is gone
