After playing in my Survival server (clear lagg is in command block) , I noticed lag around my villager trading hall(7 villagers)

The clip here is a short period of the lag sped up by 2 times, it happens every minute or so and makes it unplayable.

Here, i'm running on dirt paths and packed mud (if needed)

To be sure it's not bad performance, i lowered my render distance to the minimal, (5chunks)

Not sure uf related to villagers, no lag on my friends side (PC and Switch) , so Android problem
