Steps to Reproduce:

1. Disable "Screen Animations" in Settings > Video
2. Restart the game
3. Create a new world with the "Multiplayer Game" option enabled
4. Exit and reload the world
5. Click the "Proceed" button in the "Online play is not rated" pop-up

Observed Results:
The game crashes.

Expected Results:
The world should successfully load.

After deleting the mob vote world after experiencing the  MCPE-175918 issue, now everytime i load my save the entire game crashes and quits
