when a comparator reads the value of a storage block with a sold block between, and the solid block is powered, the comparator continues to output a signal corresponding to the storage's contents instead of the signal being sent to the block directly behind it.

Expected behavior: comparator should output the redstone signal of the block directly behind it unless that signal is zero, in which case, the comparator should output a signal commensurate with the storage block's contents.
