Minecraft Loading screen gets stuck at 40% and shuts off all sound on my pc

      Every time I load up Minecraft, the loading bar gets stuck at 40% and all the sound on my pc stops working. Minecraft only continues to load when I use Microsoft's sound troubleshooting to fix the sound issue.
