I play with Kelly's RTX Vanilla Conversion for my YouTube videos. In order to get the best quality, I turned off the V-sync toggle option with the pack. It is under the video settings tab. Recently, I reinstalled Minecraft to make more videos. When I go to turn off V-sync with the toggle, the game freezes and I have to restart the game.
