Custom Tree leaf decay broken when set to format version 1.20.50 must revert all the way back to version 1.20.10 to work correctly.

I have been using this guide https://wiki.bedrock.dev/blocks/custom-trees.html#custom-log to make several custom trees which work after replacing block_property to block_state and format version 1.20.10 .

Setting format version to 1.20.50 breaks leaf decay. all the leaves decay even if they are grown from a sapling with logs blocks intact.
