In areas that have no blocks that emmits light there is light anyways. the areas acts like night vision, which stay lit everywhere. when I tried common ways to fix it such as reloading the game, reloading light data by placing & breaking a block, entering different dimentions and re-entering the other dimention I was in previously it didn't work
