While playing in Minecraft PE on iPadOS 17.2 Version Update 1.20.51 Creative Mode, I can be building something for a few minutes then it will freeze the character movement but can still look around, it unglicthes then places blocks in random spots not even close to the area I was building. It goes back to normal for a while them repeats and continues to do so until you close the game out entirely and reload back into it. It works fine for a little bit then the glitch reappears.
