The latest Windows Insider Preview Dev build 26058.1100 deprecates Arm32 support, making it impossible to play Minecraft on Snapdragons going forward. I presume this will impact the new Snapdragon Elite X too.

Please re-build Minecraft for Arm64, as there is no reason to still support Arm32, but every reason to support Arm64.
