Before saying my problem I want to apologize if there already is a report on such a bug, I did my research and I couldn't find it, so I assume I'll be the first one to report the bug. Sorry if it's not the case.

      What is the bug?

When using multiple fingers on the screen (3 or more) there's a chance that your head will flick upwards (sometimes downwards as well).

      Explaining a bit more

This is more common to people that are already pro player on mobile, because they tap on their screen fast, they flick and turn their camera super fast, or people that uses the Dpad controls each finger for each button just like on PC, but it also happens with the new touch controls (Which is the one I use), this bug happens in any touch controls but I'd say that it's more common on the new touch controls with split and action buttons.
So basically, when you're using a lot of fingers (one to look around another to break/hit other to jump and the other to move (note: you don't have to be pressing all of those to the bug to happen)) your camera/the player's vision/ the characters field of view looks up/ looks down/ flicks (note: the player doesn't want to look up/ look down/ flick it just unintentionally does) normally this happens when you're pvping because you move a lot more than when you're doing anything else, that can also happen in a parkour race (I'm just giving examples but it can happen any time when using multiple fingers).

      Bug impact and community feedback

I talked to the mobile community (no I'm not famous and not a content creator) and this problem really happens and it does exist ok sometimes the camera flipping up or down or just flicks is on our end, but most of the time it's the not native support of multiple fingers on the screen, you can see this problem in videos/lives, it'll happen at least once, but the problem is to some people it happens more and to some it almost never happens.

      Where can this bug happen?

•In pretty much every version, since this bug is old, but for better understanding of the bug and research, we can start at 1.19.50, Which was the official release of the new touch controls.
•It can happen on any mobile device:
(Smartphones, tablets, 2 in 1 laptops, foldable phones...)
•It can happen in multiple Operating system:
      (iOS and Android)

      Expected result:

Nothing happens, this bug would never appear, inf the player wants to flick their camera upwards then it would go upwards but the player's camera would not turn upwards nor downwards nor flicks unintentionally.

      Actual result:

Multiple fingers are not supported correctly. You'll turn your head upwards/ downwards / flicks unintentionally at some point when using 3+ fingers.

      Extra info:
•No, my screen is not broken
•No, it's not sweat or water dropped on the screen
•No, I don't use my phone plugged in the outlet
•No, I'm not using a touch pen or any other device plugged in the mobile device
•I got this phone brand new, nobody used it before me
•I did not root my device nor changed/deleted/added anything from the operating system

      My device info:

(Note: this doesn't only happen in my device)
      Redmi note 12 4G
      6GB ram
      128Gb of storage
      Android 14
      Xiaomi hyperOS 1.0.2.0

      How to replicate the bug?

Try to use multiple fingers on a mobile device (logically) in a intense scene like pvping, you'll probably run into this bug in 10 minutes at least, (no the bug is not by time, but how I already explained before).

      Video Notes:

As you can see in the video it happens twice. I made sure my fingers and screen was clean and not wet, and yet the bug still happened, if you watch closely you'll see that my fingers did not look down at all. In the original video it happened 8 times (I think) it's really annoying. I immensely request the actual fix of this bug and not a workaround like the random lag spikes that's been happening since 1.20.30 but it's not the purpose of this particular bug report.
The audio is delayed because of my phone's performance in the game.
While I'm not a pro as you can see in the video I'm trying to be and I plan on playing Minecraft in hopefully my future tab s9 ultra ( or the next model once it releases ) but if it keeps happening I'm probably going to lose my interest.

Video of @PadaiOS where this bug happened ( note even though the video is when the new controls was in its early stages but it's a really good example and it happens 'till this day ) : https://youtu.be/MuFLUY_6QLk?si=D-afsTsJYT0_VVKq&t=40
      https://youtu.be/5kONwlEOjXE?si=9StkGx9aJ2VnYJC-&t=210
In the second video even though I set the time for the glitch it’s even more noticeable all around the video.

      Notes:

•This is my first bug report I hope it helps
•And to everyone that works for Mojang and everyone who reads this report article, have a great day!
