      What is this issue?

Using a keyboard joystick will change the sensitivity of the mouse to the same as controller sensitivity. The sensitivity should only change when you use your right analog stick (aim controls) this will be helpful for people using keyboard joysticks or anything that mixes inputs

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Make your mouse sensitivity different to your controller sensitivity e.g 20 for mouse and 100 on controller.
      2. Use the left analog stick to move around on a controller
      3. Aim with your mouse at the same time

The sensitivity will change between controller and mouse even though you are only aiming with your mouse.
